Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the banking and business field, with a focus on strategy and business development.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and understand business and financial market situations, and make effective strategies to meet the bank's business goals.
Communication Skills: Ability to speak and write well, and able to negotiate and build effective relationships with colleagues and business partners.
Leadership Skills: Possess the ability to lead and collaborate with a team, and motivate and guide the team to achieve business goals.
Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in banking technology and systems, and able to implement technical solutions to strengthen the bank's business position.
Integrity and Professionalism: Acts professionally and possesses high integrity in carrying out responsibilities as head business division.
